Co-ordinated ProjectsSWIFT can supply and install surface drainage systems using stainless steel, polyester or polymer channel as part of the flooring project. This ensures for example that falls are installed correctly and also that drainage and floor finishes meet neatly at common levels. We will work in conjunction with other trades to co-ordinate projects to ensure smooth running. The vast majority of clients who use SWIFT once use us again, often as preferred contractors. |
CoatingsPolyurethane seals for dust proofing. Epoxy Ester single pack concrete paints. High build twin pack epoxy coatings with the option of anti-slip finish. Water based epoxy coatings. |
Swift Self Smoothing EpoxyProvides a hygienic, smooth joint-free overlay in a range of thicknesses from 1.5 - 6mm. Available in an anti-static variant. Can be used as part of a "sandwich system" for anti-slip finish. |
Swift Acrylic ScreedsResists oil spillage and abrasive wear. Non-dusting, non-slip surface. Can be used as an underlayment or levelling screed for other floor finishes. |
Polyurethane ScreedsA range of liquid polyurethane based flooring systems designed for use where resistance to aggressive chemical attack is required. Also has excellent resistance to abrasion and other physical aggression. |
Epoxy ScreedsA range of epoxy resin / quartz aggregate filled screed mortars for application where resistance to heavy traffic and / or light chemical attack are required. Variants include use of coloured aggregates for mottled semi-decorative finish, Aquaset for use on damp surfaces, rapid cure for minimum disruption to production. |
Methacrylic ResinsFormulated for use in sub-zero temperatures or in areas where rapid access is required. Available in hygienic and non-slip variants. Ideal for cold store repairs. |
